BioOva treatment of 47 year old hypothyroid female patient revealed very profound therapeutic effects of novel extract. For example, BioOva introduced intramuscularly in the dosage 5 mg/ml each other day for the period of two months allowed patient to reduce per/os consumption of euthyrox medication three times while keeping T4 hormone levels in normal range (Fig.8).
We also performed thyroid function test and analyzed dynamics of TSH/T4/T3 levels in blood plasma during treatment. (Fig.9). IM BioOva administration started August 12, 2014 when patient was on 90 mg euthyrox medication which allowed TSH/T4/T3 stay in relatively normal range with TSH slightly elevated (5.15 mU/ml).
When BioOva treatment started production of thyroid stimulating hormone by pituitary gland went down dramatically (0.011 mU/ml) though T4 and T 3 (slightly elevated) levels stayed in normal range. Approximately 500 fold reduction in TSH production in very first days of treatment may indicate beginning of crucial improvement in thyroid gland function which by negative feedback caused sharp down regulation of TSH production be pituitary gland. On the other hand, in two month TSH level rocketed up almost 1000 times to 10.33mU/L, though T4 (relatively) and T3 parameters of thyroid gland stayed in normal range: 0.64ng/L and 1.74nmol/L accordingly. Tremendous and rapid spike in TSH production followed by normalization of all three paramentres (TSH, T4 and T3) in the next six months of observation demonstrates that BioOva treatment can normalize vital physiological hormones of thyroid gland in hypothyroid patient.
Considering that extremely high levels of TSH are observed in new born babies We suggest that unusual and dramatic changes in TSH dynamics may reflect presence of working reprogramming process which corresponds TSH dynamics in newborn babies when TSH values in neonatal period reaches 18.1 mU/L from age 0-1 moths and 8.21 mU/L from age 1-12 months. Then gradually, by age 15-18 years TSH level stays approximately at 4.33 mU/L mark (Klaus Kapelari et al., 2008). We observed the same normalizing pattern for thyrotropin by 5th month after extreme increase of TSH production in pituitary gland. BioOva Oocyte extract is shown to be an effective hypothyroidism treatment.
